Meridian wanted a website patients could trust in seconds — especially on a phone in a waiting room or after a referral.
Challenge
Services were listed as PDFs. There was no doctor directory and the contact form did not work on mobile.
Solution
A quiet, clinical design with doctor profiles, plain-language services and a short appointment enquiry. WhatsApp sits in the corner for patients who prefer to message.

Design process
Mapped the patient journey from search to appointment, wrote service copy with the practice manager, then designed a restrained interface with strong type and generous space.
Results
Patients can find a doctor, understand a service and send an appointment request without hunting. The clinic owns its content.
