Harvest Forum
An event destination for schedule, speakers and registration in one place.
Overview
Harvest Forum needed a site guests could use on the day — not only before it.
Challenge
Speaker lists lived in emails. The previous page did not show times clearly on a phone.
Solution
A schedule-first layout, speaker portraits, venue map and a registration enquiry with WhatsApp backup.
Features
- Schedule
- Speakers
- Venue
- Registration
- Gallery
Design process
Structured the day with the organisers, designed a typographic schedule, then built an admin for last-minute speaker changes.
Results
Guests can find who is speaking, when, and how to register without leaving the page.
